Who you are contracting with

Teacher Tribe AI is operated by Charles Sacco ("Teacher Tribe AI", "we", "us"). By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a school or district, you confirm you have authority to do so; if you are signing up as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age to enter into this agreement.

What the service is

Teacher Tribe AI is a web application for Pre-K to grade 8 educators. It provides AI-assisted weekly lesson plans, learning targets, slide deck outlines, classroom visuals, parent message drafts, weekly recaps, and a community idea feed. Paid membership is billed monthly and unlocks the planning tools.

Your account

Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own teaching work within your chosen plan. You may not resell or redistribute the service, reverse engineer it, or work around technical or plan limits.

Acceptable use

You must not use Teacher Tribe AI to:

• break any law, or infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights;
• commit fraud, send spam, or impersonate another person or school;
• interfere with the security of the service — no malware, probing, scraping, automated bulk access, or attempts to bypass authentication or rate limits;
• generate illegal, hateful, harassing, sexual, violent or deceptive content, deepfakes of real people, or content unsuitable for a school setting;
• attempt to jailbreak, prompt-inject or otherwise defeat the AI's safety limits;
• upload student data beyond a first name and last initial, or any other sensitive personal data.

AI-generated content

The planning tools use generative AI. You are responsible for the prompts and documents you provide, for having the rights to any content you upload, and for reviewing every output before you use it with students or send it to families. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date, and it is not professional, legal, medical or financial advice. Always apply your own professional judgement and your school's requirements.

As between you and us, you keep the rights to the curriculum documents and other material you upload, and to the plans and drafts produced for you, subject to any third-party rights in the underlying material. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to operate the service for you.

We may moderate content: we can remove or restrict material, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts where required to keep the service lawful and safe. If you believe content on the service infringes your rights, contact us with the details and we will investigate and remove infringing material; accounts that repeatedly infringe will be terminated.

Our intellectual property

We retain all ownership of the service itself — the software, documentation, design and branding. Nothing in these terms transfers that ownership to you.

Service availability

We work hard to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Features may change, and maintenance or third-party outages may cause downtime. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Payment and subscription terms

Paid membership is $4.99 per month and renews automatically each month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account; access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For most orders, Stripe also handles sales tax, fraud protection and payment disputes on our behalf; in those cases your card statement shows LINK.COM* Teacher Tribe AI.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. When access ends you will have a reasonable window to export your plans on request, after which your content may be deleted.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from the content you upload, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, and disputes will be heard by the courts of that state. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond their reasonable control. If we change these terms we will update the date at the top of this page.
