Teacher Tribe AI, operated by Charles Sacco, offers a 14-day money-back guarantee. If the membership is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your order date and we will refund that payment.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. To request one, open the Billing page in your account and use the billing portal link, or email teachertribeai@gmail.com and we will help.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future payments, and your access continues to the end of the month you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own does not create a refund — request one as described above if you are within the 14-day window.

After 14 days we are still happy to hear from you — get in touch and we will look at your situation individually.
